Fresh WSUS 3.0 Install

I am installing a new wsus deployment to our orgiznation. Prior to this there has been no wsus running. I have looked at the servers to try and figure out which one it should be hosted on.

I have come up so far with installing WSUS 3 on our Backup DC (2003 server). it has tons of space. Meets all the pre-requirements.

Can anyone think of any issues I might run into with installing WSUS 3.0 SP2 on a Backup DC (Server 2003)

What are your other choices?
